Ships bound to any Libyan ports should contact Authorities prior entering terriorial waters, using VHF CH 16,12,11.
Passing ships must keep contact with coastal stations.
Ships in anchorage area not allowed to change position without permission.
Pilotage is compulsory in all Libyans ports.
Priority for entering ports will be for passenger ships, live stock, liner, post, cargo, tankers, dangerous cargo.
